Recognising the lack of information and opportunities for veterans in agriculture, Jeremy saw the potential for a natural transition from military service to farming. With a background in machinery and precision farming, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, having worked for John Deere in the UK and Germany before returning to the UK to pursue his passion for agriculture.
Jeremy's dual focus on journalism and recruitment support for ex-forces individuals underscores his commitment to promoting agricultural careers. Through Forces Farming, Jeremy not only shares insights and developments from the industry but also provides veterans with training opportunities and support as they navigate their transition into agricultural roles, ensuring mutual benefit for both employers and employees.
