The bursary includes the option to potentially work with Kaleb Cooper and gain invaluable insight into the world of agriculture.

The Clarkson's Farm star recently told his 2 million Instagram followers the Kaleb Cooper Agriculture Bursary has been taking applications from Monday September 25th

Having helped a relative newcomer to the industry a few years ago in Jeremy Clarkson to get up to the pace of life as a farmer, RAU said Mr Cooper will be contributing £3,000 to the bursary.

In partnership is being run in conjunction with the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), the bursary had launched back in May with the Chipping Norton contractor eager to demonstrate how ‘agriculture can be for anybody' and the 'importance of youth to the future of farming'.

Mr Cooper – who also came from a non-agricultural background himself - said he was ‘looking forward to supporting young students on their journey' who are struggling to get into farming and wanting to kick-start their career in the agricultural sector.

The RAU have since further confirmed that two bursaries are available, with a potential work placement alongside Mr Cooper, for students aged 18 to 30 who live in the UK, and study at RAU.

Preference may be given to students from non-farming backgrounds, RAU added.

Anyone can have a job in agriculture.
