They are seeking a passionate Marketing Executive on a maternity leave cover basis.

As a Marketing Executive specializing in the UK agricultural sector, you will play a pivotal role executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Working closely with the sales teams, you will craft compelling marketing strategies to promote their solutions and drive engagement of their brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including articles, blogs, case studies, and social media posts.

• Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific audience segments within the agricultural community.

• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and farmer outreach programs to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with farmers, industry associations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to support advocacy efforts and drive adoption of sustainable farming practices.


What you’ll need to be considered for this role:

• Degree/Qualification in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential but preferred)

• Proven experience in marketing roles within the agricultural sector

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information into clear and compelling messaging.

• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media management tools.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
