Agriculture Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid Working, Solihull Office

A position has become available due to company expansion for a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team.

We’re looking for a drivenoutgoing and results-focused individual to join us to continue building on our strong reputation within the agricultural sector in the UK.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly checking through candidates’ applications
  • Conduct high-quality phone screening with candidates
  • Account holder responsibilities, ensuring clients are kept informed and supported with their recruitment need
  • Create and provide job adverts and personal specifications.
  • Provide a shortlist of candidates for clients, organise interviews and carry out candidate compliance checks such as referencing.
  • Posting of new job adverts online.
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates for all the live roles, building positive relationships with everybody you speak with
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager to achieve agreed KPI’s and supporting with business development.

A full UK driving license is required for this role as some travel to our clients may be required, alongside a suitable home working space.

You

You will need:

  • To demonstrate previous experience in recruitment
  • Some knowledge of agriculture is preferred, however, training will be provided
  • To be an organised & motivated person
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner as you will be speaking with candidates and liaising with clients every day.
  • Have a positive attitude and passion for their work, supporting REAL Success’s recent progress in its recruitment division and upholding and demonstrating the REAL Success Value proposition (“Think Simply, Act Bravely, Be Real”) to all clients and candidates.
  • You will need to attend and actively contribute to all internal meetings (in person and online), including staff updates, group discussions, and marketing and management meetings.

Location

Our serviced office is based in Solihull, West Midlands, within easy reach of the M42 motorway. Whilst this will be a home-based role linked remotely to our key
systems, you will still need to attend our offices for meetings and updates when required.

Initial interviews will likely happen over Zoom or Teams before attending a final interview at our Solihull office.
