Rural Compliance Consultant – Hybrid Working, Chippenham Office

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Rural Compliance Consultant.

Our Organisation

WhiteAvon Consultancy are a lively forward-thinking business with eleven consultants. The business provides a wide range of services to an ever-growing farming and rural client base. We aim to provide a high-quality consultancy service to all clients and to play an active part in the wider Farm Consultancy Group.

You will be part of our Rural Compliance Service which provides practical advice and guidance for Cross Compliance, Farm Assurance, Environmental compliance and Health and Safety to our growing client base.

The role

This role is a hybrid role which is mainly home based, but with considerable time spent on farms with different clients along with time in the Chippenham office. You will be working with the existing team to provide consultancy to farm & rural businesses on Health & Safety and other relevant compliance.

Your Requirements

- Strong previous experience in hands-on farming or farm consultancy

- Excellent communication skills, being able to adapt your style to different people

- You will be a positive, driven and proactive person who wants to succeed

- You will share our passion for agriculture and supporting our clients

- Be able to work as part of a team to achieve high-quality results

- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping

- You will be fluent in Microsoft packages, numerate with excellent IT & English literature skills.

Job Requirements

- Full UK driving license

- UK right to work

- Be able to realistically commute to our Chippenham office
