This respected animal nutrition company are seeking someone to support all things marketing – events, social media, website, CRM and sales support.

You will work closely with the existing marketing team to increase brand awareness and develop campaigns for the UK market. You will be involved in content creation, managing social media channels, conducting market research, monitoring campaign performance and identifying new ways to market the business.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a good balance of creative and analytical with previous experience of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, bulk mailing software and social media aggregators.

A minimum of two years marketing experience is a requirement for this position.

An agricultural background and understanding of the industry would be highly advantageous.

The role:

  • Assist in creation of marketing campaigns targeting agricultural businesses and professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the agricultural sector.
  • Create engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, email, and blogs.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing - solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural industry and a genuine interest in its dynamics and challenges.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, Adobe design programs and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Able to travel to West Midlands office on a regular basis
