About Hillsgreen:  

Hillsgreen has a clear purpose – to make agriculture click through outstanding marketing campaigns. Our ethos is to stand together with the sector and drive change whilst getting commercial results.  

Clients include industry associations such as NFU, Datamars, Ashbrook, Warrendale Wagyu Farmers.  No two days are the same! 

Launched in April 2018, we now employ 12 people and this is growing fast. As an integrated agency, we work across all channels with experts in PPC, SEO, web development, design, social media and much more.  

 

What does the role look like? 

As an account manager at Hillsgreen you will hold the overall relationship, business strategy & account ownership within the agency. You are an extension of the client's team, the font of all knowledge when it comes to your clients, understanding their business strategy and looking for opportunities to support their business. You will support with our Influencer Marketing & Management services, seeking opportunities for content creators, and supporting clients with campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. To build a strong and positive relationship with all clients. 
  2. Understanding a clients strategic business objective, the direction their business is going, competitors and competitive threats. 
  3. Understand the different client types and then tailor the client experience accordingly. 
  4. Communicate client expectations clearly and deliver work to clients in a timely and effective manner. 
  5. Organise regular review meetings including weekly, monthly, quarterly and project end reviews.  
  6. Keep CRM up to date of new business opportunities and use this system to record clients personal and professional interests.  
  7. Ensure all client administration is completed in a timely manner, to include Streamtime, Jobs, PO’s, Invoicing & Quoting.  
  8. Write clear project briefs and scoping documents to effectively communicate client needs to agency teams 
  9. Identify, propose and secure opportunities for business growth with additional and new clients.  
  10. Work across agency teams to proactively create new ideas for projects.  
  11. Work hard to build closer, more trusted relationship with clients and deliver first class client experience. 
  12. Support with Hillsgreen’s Influencer marketing & management offerings 

 

Required skills: 

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Understanding of the Agricultural Industry
