Responsibilities:

• Holistic Management Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive management strategies that optimise crop performance.

• Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance to Crop technicians, ensuring effective collaboration with customers.

• Team Development: Foster and develop your own team of agronomists, including Crop technicians and fellow Agronomists.

• Carbon Reduction: Develop cutting-edge farmgate advice to reduce carbon emissions within the agricultural food system.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor Crop technicians as they progress in their designated areas.

• Leadership Pathway: Cultivate efficiency and foster a leadership pathway for team members.

 

Requirements:

• FACTS and BASIS.

• Proven experience in crop management, yield optimisation, and sustainable practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Passion for environmental stewardship and innovation.

• Team leadership skills.
