We currently require 2 herdspersons to work on a modern family farm near Droxford in Hampshire.

The well managed herd of 350 spring calving cows are milked through a 24/48 parlour and cubicle housed in the winter and are out to grass for as long as possible.

This joint role would entail a share of the milking, herd health and some basic tractor driving with the management and feeding done by other members on the farm however the position could grow into herd manager at a later date. Attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude are vitally important to help drive this unit forwards.

In return we can offer a highly competitive salary with regular time off and either a 2-bed flat or 3-bed log cabin for the suitable candidates.
