As Head of Veterinary Services, you have the power to support the diverse technical team within this business through providing strategic leadership. You will oversee the entire Veterinary function, therefore must come from a background of proven team management in addition to having a sufficient level of technical understanding.

About you:

• Established, proven team management experience.
• Influential leader.
• Understanding of key components relating to Animal Welfare, particularly that of the pig sector.
• You will demonstrate adaptability and enthusiasm.
• Veterinary background would be beneficial, however not essential.
• Project management background.
• Be based in, or able to relocate to East Anglia.
