Must haves:

• Arable background
• Agricultural graduate (or similar)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ambition and resilience to develop new business
• Great relationship builder
• High standard of numeracy and literacy together with attention to detail
• FACTS and BASIS (or willingness to gain within 2 years)-advantageous
