Being a crop nutrition based business the successful person will need strong arable knowledge and FACTS qualification along with being commercially minded and a great communicator.

Being a smaller company they are looking for someone diverse, that is willing to muck in and have their wellies ready for visiting key accounts on farm-including arable, apples, hops, potatoes and vegetable enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting key accounts on fertiliser and selling the relevant products
  • Discovering and creating new strong relationships with customers
  • Supporting and growing your UK team
  • Playing a major role in the company's decision making

Package: Generous salary, hybrid working (a few days a month in head office), company car or allowance, progression opportunities.
