Fast Paced Site Manager Required!-Southampton

I am looking for an adaptable, forward thinking person that has great communication skills and can thrive under the pressure of managing a busy commodity export site.

This opportunity will see you running the daily logistics of the site, making sure you and your team are always complying with health and safety restrictions and other procedures. You will be expected to keep the team on tract and focused to hit targets/KPI's, whilst building strong relationships with them and other key personnel.

It is essential that you communicate with the shipping and forwarding departments of this company to ensure the quick turnaround of vessels and overall efficiency of the site.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience managing a busy site, P&L's and a large team-essential
• High attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly under pressure
• Excellent communicational skills-being able to talk on a level with all members of staff.
• Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
