You may be an experienced Trials Officer, or a Trials Assistant who is looking for the next step. You may even be predominantly practical, but looking to take your experience into a career in research. If any of this rings true you could join one of the UK's most reputable arable trial companies, as part of an ambitious and knowledgeable team. A highly varied role, you will be carrying out a wide range of arable and horticultural research trials based across the outstanding countryside in and around Oxfordshire.

To be considered for this position, prior trials experience is mandatory. No two days are the same; you could be working in crop protection, agrochemicals, fungicide or crop variety trials. You will be methodical and precise in your methods, and will use your practical mindset to support your team in a fast paced environment.

This role can bring a great deal of flexibility and autonomy to the right person. This business can provide an exceptional work environment, and as part of a close knit team your individual contributions will be truly valued.

Requirements:

  • Prior trials experience is essential, ideally in agrochemical trials.
  • PA certification is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An effective communicator, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Full driving license.
  • Competent in using data handling software.

Why join this business?

  • Honesty, hard work and dedication are rewarded. This business allows staff to flourish, with no large corporate infrastructure or "micromanagement".
  • Competitive salary, led by experience.
  • Opportunities for flexible working.
  • Company vehicle.
